Our team is seeking an Associate to join the Digital Advertising team in our Washington, DC or New York City office. Team members in this position will have a hands-on role in crafting, executing, and measuring cutting-edge digital paid media strategies for clients ranging from political campaigns and organizations to nonprofit advocacy groups to corporations. You’ll be a great fit for this position if you are resourceful, eager to take initiative, driven by curiosity, and have a passion for learning within a fast-paced collaborative team environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supporting the planning and deployment of multiple paid media campaigns across a variety of issue areas and clients
  • Executing campaigns, trafficking in self-serve social platforms, and coordinating with programmatic and traditional ad vendors,
  • Analyzing and producing high quality cross-platform data reporting, strategic analysis, and optimization recommendations.
  • Conducting basic audience and platform research and planning needed to develop client strategy.
  • Owning administrative tasks to keep projects organized and running smoothly

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in paid media programming.
  • Ability to see patterns in seas of data and passion for creative storytelling through digital analytics.
  • Hands-on experience executing digital advertising campaigns in two or more of the following platforms: Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with standard advertising practices, in the advocacy, public affairs, and/or political space.
  • Some experience with conversion-focused campaigns, like fundraising or direct action
  • Some experience with media planning.
  • A resourceful, positive attitude and an eagerness to solve problems.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills – fluency with Excel a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.  We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office in midtown Manhattan or downtown Washington, D.C., at least 50% of the time.

The salary range for this role is $58,500-60,000.
