Our team is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC to support one of our founding partners. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, has a strong attention to detail, is an excellent writer, excels in multi-tasking, and can work well on a team and individually in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage the daily schedule of the founding partner, including:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external scheduling requests.
    • Book all travel arrangements.
    • Prepare research and briefing materials.
    • Handle administrative tasks, like filing expenses and tracking hours.
    • Manage special projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years experience in an executive assistant, marketing, or communications role in an in-house, government or consultancy environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.

The salary range for this role is $60-75,000.

Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of the working days of the month.
