As the HR Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and facilitating the human resource functions at Precision. You will manage our payroll process, assist with resource management for our account teams, ensure compliance, administer benefits, support onboarding and offboarding, manage our HRIS, and provide support to our staff.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Payroll: manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and capturing all changes.
- Benefits: manage benefits enrollments, conduct benefits reconciliation, assist in open enrollment process, conduct research on new benefits, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accuracy across our systems.
- HRIS System & Record Maintenance: ensure all data and paperwork in the HRIS system is up to date and accurate, make all changes in the HRIS system and manage time off policies and recordkeeping.
- Resource Management: maintain our time-tracking and forecasting systems, produce weekly and monthly reporting, track staffing plans, and assist with in-depth monthly reporting.
- Compliance and Reporting: ensure we are in compliance with regulations and company policies, and support HR reporting and audits.
- Performance Management: assist the annual review process by gathering 360 feedback, self-reviews from staff, and providing managers with information to complete review.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: facilitate the onboarding/offboarding process for new hires and exiting employees, such as preparing offer letters, organizing orientation, setting up new staff in our HRIS, coordinating new hires’ first week, removing exiting employees from our HRIS system, and sending out exiting paperwork.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a HR support role.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn more about HR and grow in your profession.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems. We use ADP and Breezy.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-85,000.
Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and required staff to work in the office 50% of the working days of the month.
